Candidate Information Notice on the Processing of Personal Data
within the Scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698

As Tempa Pano San. ve Tic. A.Ş., we attach great importance to processing and storing your personal data in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”). Within this scope, we would like to inform you about our purposes, methods of collecting, processing and transferring personal data, and your rights arising from the Law.

Method and Legal Basis for Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data and/or sensitive personal data are collected via e-mail within the scope of your job application to Tempa Pano San. ve Tic. A.Ş., by real or legal persons acting as data processors on behalf of Tempa Pano San. ve Tic. A.Ş. Your collected personal data and/or sensitive personal data may be processed and transferred for the purposes specified in Articles 2 and 3 of this Information Notice, within the personal data processing conditions and purposes set forth in Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698.

Processing of Personal Data and Its Purposes

Your personal data and/or sensitive personal data are processed by real or legal persons acting as data processors on behalf of Tempa Pano San. ve Tic. A.Ş., in accordance with the relevant legislation, for the purpose of planning and executing Tempa Pano San. ve Tic. A.Ş.’s human resources policies and processes, including personnel recruitment.

As Tempa Pano San. ve Tic. A.Ş., in our capacity as data controller, through our written communication channels; your personal and/or sensitive personal data obtained with your consent or within the scope of the legal grounds set forth in Articles 5/2 and 6/3 of Law No. 6698 may be wholly or partially obtained, recorded, stored, retained, preserved, modified, updated, periodically checked, reorganized, classified, and retained for the period required for the purpose for which they are processed or for the period stipulated in the relevant legislation, or, if no such period is stipulated, for a maximum of 2 years. They may also be shared/transferred to third parties, business partners, group companies, service providers, suppliers, or legally authorized public institutions and organizations with which Tempa Pano San. ve Tic. A.Ş. cooperates, where required by law or due to operational necessities.

It should be noted that Tempa Pano San. ve Tic. A.Ş. processes your personal data and/or sensitive personal data in accordance with the law and the principles of good faith, accurately and, where necessary, up to date; for specific, explicit, and legitimate purposes; in a manner that is relevant, limited, and proportionate to the purposes for which they are processed; and retains them for the period required by the relevant legislation or for the purpose for which they are processed. Unless explicitly stipulated otherwise in the Law, your personal data/sensitive personal data will be processed for as long as the valid reason and purpose for storage continue to exist, not exceeding a maximum of 2 years, and will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized once the purpose and legal basis for processing cease to exist.

Your Processed Personal Data

As stated above, Tempa Pano San. ve Tic. A.Ş. records and processes certain personal/sensitive personal data belonging to you. In this context, the data processed may include, but are not limited to:

Identity Information (Name, photograph, date of birth, address, phone number, e-mail address)
Sensitive Information (e.g., health data), disability information (whether disabled, type and degree of disability)
Family Information (relationship, name, date of birth, education, profession, employer name)
Education Information (school name, department, graduation date, GPA)
License Information (license type, license number, issuing authority, date obtained)
Work Experience (place of employment, position, position changes, responsibilities, duration of service, career development, promotion date)
Job-related Training and Development Plans (completed trainings, etc.)
Foreign Language Proficiency (language, test name, test date, score/grade, validity date)
Military Service Information (rank, duration, type, branch, exemption reason, seniority number/type/degree, etc.)
Other Information (marital status, special skills, hobbies, vision, height, weight)

Rights of the Data Subject

Pursuant to Article 11 of the Law, data subjects have the right to:

Learn whether their personal data is processed,
Request information if their personal data has been processed,
Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose,
Know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data and request notification of such corrections to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
Request deletion or destruction of personal data when the reasons requiring processing cease to exist, even if processed in accordance with the Law, and request notification of such actions to third parties,
Object to the emergence of a result against themselves through the analysis of processed data exclusively by automated systems,
Request compensation for damages incurred due to unlawful processing of personal data
