| This notice has been prepared under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) for personal data processing activities carried out through Tempa Pano’s website. Transparency is separate from consent; where consent is legally required, Tempa Pano uses a separate and optional consent mechanism. |
1. Data Controller
Tempa Pano San. ve Tic. A.Ş. (“Tempa Pano” or the “Company”) acts as the data controller under KVKK. Privacy requests may be sent to [email protected].

3. Purposes of Processing
- To operate the website securely and reliably and to prevent abuse and cyber threats.
- To receive, assess and respond to contact, quotation, product and technical support requests.
- To manage prospective and existing business relationships and related quotation/product processes.
- To assess job applications, communicate with candidates and manage recruitment processes.
- To improve website performance through statistics and analytics; non-essential analytics are used only where the required consent has been obtained.
- To comply with legal obligations, establish, exercise or defend legal claims and maintain information security.
4. Collection Methods and Legal Grounds
Personal data is collected through website forms, email, uploaded CV files, server/security logs, the cookie consent system and direct communications, by automated or partly automated means.

5. Disclosures and Transfers
Personal data may be disclosed, on a need-to-know and proportionate basis, to relevant Tempa Pano departments; website hosting, maintenance, cyber-security and technical support providers acting as processors; legally authorised public bodies; and professional advisers where necessary.
Depending on the technical configuration of services such as Google Analytics, Google reCAPTCHA, Google Maps and Cloudflare, technical data such as IP address, device/browser information, cookie identifiers and website interaction data may be processed on infrastructure located outside Türkiye. Any such transfer is carried out only where a lawful transfer mechanism under Article 9 of KVKK is available and the required safeguards are implemented.
6. Cookies and Third-Party Technologies
Strictly necessary cookies and security technologies may be used to operate and protect the website. Analytics and other non-essential cookies should not be activated before the relevant consent is obtained. Users can change their choices later through the “Manage Consent” function or an equivalent preference tool. See the Cookie Policy for details.
7. Job Application Data
Applicants should avoid including special categories of personal data that are not relevant to the application in their CV or supporting documents. If such data is voluntarily provided, it will be processed only where permitted under Article 6 of KVKK and strictly to the extent necessary.
Unless a longer period is legally required, applications and CVs of unsuccessful candidates are retained for up to 6 months after completion of the relevant recruitment process and are then deleted, destroyed or anonymised in accordance with the Company’s retention procedures.
8. Retention
Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose and in line with applicable statutory limitation and retention periods. Contact and quotation records are kept according to the nature of the business relationship and legal requirements; technical logs are retained for security needs; recruitment records are retained for the period described above.
9. Your Rights under KVKK
- To learn whether your personal data is being processed and request information about such processing.
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used in accordance with that purpose.
- To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred in Türkiye or abroad.
- To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data.
- To request deletion or destruction where the legal conditions are met and notification of such actions to relevant third parties.
- To object to a result arising against you through analysis exclusively by automated systems.
- To request compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing.

Requests are handled within the periods and procedures prescribed by KVKK and applicable secondary legislation.
11. Language and Updates
This English text is provided for the convenience of international visitors and reflects the Turkish notice prepared under KVKK. In the event of a discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails to the extent permitted by applicable law. This notice may be updated when website processing activities or applicable law change.
